Our style of beer is primarily American style ale. We are a licensed NYS farm brewery, 95% of the hops used in the brews are either our greenhouse grown hops or sourced from local hop growers, 90% -100% grains used are also NYS grown. We strive to focus on locally grown ingredients for our beer production. With multiple harvests of hops from our greenhouse this will enable us to offer a ‘Fresh Hop’ IPA at different times of the year. We have six-eight year-round brews on tap in our tasting room that are also offered in growlers. We also have seasonal, specialty and experimental brews offered in our tasting room that will vary throughout the year.
